Terms of Service

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, or the legal age required to enter a contract where you live. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to use.
• Do not create or distribute illegal, exploitative, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or privacy-invasive content.
• Do not impersonate others, misrepresent AI output as verified fact, or use the service to defraud or mislead people.
• Do not interfere with the service, bypass safeguards or payment controls, scrape it at scale, or attempt unauthorised access.

Your content and generated output

You retain any rights you have in content you submit and receive. You grant Promptfluencer a limited licence to host, copy, transform, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service. If you publish an item, you also permit us to display and promote it within Promptfluencer until you remove it. You are responsible for checking that your inputs and use of outputs do not violate law or third-party rights.

AI output

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to output generated for others, or unsuitable for your intended use. Review outputs before publishing or relying on them. Promptfluencer does not guarantee originality, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Credits, subscriptions, and payments

Credits measure access to generation features and have no cash value. A generation may reserve credits when submitted and return them if the platform records a failed job. Prices, included credits, renewal periods, and taxes are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Except where law requires otherwise or a displayed offer says differently, completed credit purchases and successfully delivered generations are non-refundable.

Third-party services

Promptfluencer relies on third-party authentication, payment, storage, hosting, and AI providers. Their availability and policies may affect the service. Your use of their features may also be subject to their terms.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform, comply with law, address non-payment, or enforce these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice.

Service availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promptfluencer disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Promptfluencer during the 12 months before the event giving rise to that claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.

Changes and contact

We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be submitted through the Promptfluencer Help Centre.
