Information we collect

• Account information, such as your name, email address, profile image, and authentication identifiers.
• Content you submit, including prompts, uploaded media, generated outputs, brand details, and items you choose to publish.
• Service information, such as feature usage, generation jobs, credit balances, device and browser details, logs, and error reports.
• Payment and subscription records. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Promptfluencer.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
• Authenticate accounts, process generations, store private work, and display content you publish.
• Manage credits, subscriptions, purchases, refunds, and customer support.
• Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
• Send service messages and, where permitted, product updates you can opt out of.

Service providers and disclosure

We share information only as needed with providers that help us operate Promptfluencer, including authentication, hosting, database and storage, AI generation, payment, analytics, monitoring, and support services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

Your content and public sharing

Your generations remain private unless you choose to publish them. Published content and profile details may be visible to other users and may be copied or shared by them. Remove an item from the community gallery before assuming it is private again; copies already made by others may remain outside our control.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may request account deletion from the product settings or Help Centre. Some transaction, security, and backup records may be retained for a limited period where required.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Use the Help Centre to submit a request; we may need to verify your identity first.

Children and changes

Promptfluencer is not intended for children under 18 or the minimum age required to enter a contract in their country. We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be shown in the service or communicated through an appropriate channel.
